I read less and less 🗞 news...

I used to think that reading-listening-watching the news was extremely important… But then I realized that they have absolutely no effect on my life, they only increase the level of anxiety and exhaust me.

I note that this does not mean that you do not need to be interested in what is happening. If you need any information, take it from verified sources. Over time, I learned how to filter the endless stream of information, connected critical thinking and shifted the focus of attention to what I can really influence.
