Is it possible to learn photogenicity?

In general, when they tell me 🗣: "I'm not photogenic, I'm not photogenic...", I think this is a misconception.
You can work on photogenicity! So, what's the point here?

Often, many of us do not feel attractive during filming. And the problem lies precisely in the internal state. A person is squeezed, can't relax ... And if you add a cozy atmosphere, a drop of self-confidence, try to overcome fear and trust the photographer, under whose guidance you can experiment and look for your unique expression, then the magic begins: the tension disappears instantly, the eyes glow, smile and get completely different shots
