In this post I will tell you about the main mistakes 👎 when retouching.

✅ Tone. It is necessary to work with him within reasonable limits. Everything should be in moderation. If you overdo the alignment, you risk getting an unnatural "plastic" face. Some people use the blur effect, trying to make the skin smooth, and often make the mistake of applying it unevenly, which is why some areas differ sharply from others;
✅ Bleaching of the whites of the eyes/teeth whitening. A "Hollywood" smile is, of course, great, but only if it's not the wonders of Photoshop. Do not forget about naturalness, this also applies to the sclera;
✅ Changing the shape. Funny examples of bad retouching immediately come to mind here, where the walls bend in the background from the muscles of men. Be careful that, for example, the wallpaper pattern is not distorted or the doors are not bent;
✅ It is best to retouch photos in special programs and applications. The most popular are Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Facetune.
